Language Killer :D

Mr Parthapratim just finished a brief secret meeting with his manager Abhimannu. He is a go happy employee as he gets peanuts (not frm his company) from his co-worker, ofcourse a lady. Kamraj is excited to know the details of the meeting. Kamraj is also inclined to a lady ("Payal") and I tried to help him by requesting Partha for arranging a date.
Mr Kamraj pretends to show that he knows bengali to apparently) two Bengali people Me:) and Parthapratim. Excerpts from Kamraj's torture to both of us.

Traffic Jam :: A approach to avoid the same

This is how we can improve the usage of the road via utilizing some of the lanes to move the traffic faster.

The situation in most Indian cities is like the below picture where we do not have dedicated lane. And the roads are one way thus while peak traffic load there is heavy traffic jam in one way and underutilized road in another half.
First of all we should start using the lane as this would keep the vehicles straight and help avoiding useless congestion.

If we can improve the lane management and route the traffic of high load path to the underutilized path by using some of the lanes then the load is almost distributed across.

Thus the predictability of reaching one point to another point is same in respect of time constraint irrespective of whether we start in peak hour towards high traffic area or vice versa.
The mechanism is illustrated below.

Also dedicated lane for bikes and two wheelers would help easing the traffic load as they cause huge traffic jams because of not driving in the lane. Also this would help avoiding the unfortunate road accidents.
