Controversy !!!

Let’s talk about my super heroes, not batman or spider man, but very existing big figures. Figures who have changed the fate of the world economy, realized many dreams gifting the human society a massive financial and educational boon.

I have always tried not to peep into any celebrity’s personal achievements but emulated their personality which is behind the power that drives the world. I was correct till some days back : (

Now I know that even the refined personality also needs to be refined even more before we consider them as a benchmark. The Culture and code of conduct is a man made net, a net of rules woven very fine. If we believe a piece of paper as currency than it is, other wise that becomes a useless straw!! Like wise the feelings and priorities also goes, being nothing more than a intellectual beast human talks about commitment and codes of conduct. They remember the martyrs of their freedom struggle, nothing more than emotional stand, but very highly recognized among us. Nostalgia hunts when somewhere their Mother Nation or its pride is involved.

I accept that I may be wrong, or if not than too my small article is a useless rag for most of the readers. People do not hear me : ) … they listen to my heroes or more precisely their heroes.

But I don’t know about other’s feelings, but when some one who is placed so high in my heart utters...........

“Indeed, we had arranged for five people to sing the anthem. But then we canceled it as we have foreigners inboard here. They should not be embarrassed while we sing the anthem.”

Then it Hurts … …. Hurts badly …. …. No apologies really suffice the gap and the misconception conveyed by our such a great icon, who is supposed to carry our national pride to rest of the world. We have to understand that compromise and bowing our head to any Customer (no matter he/ she belongs from which nationality) should not come in cost of our Mother’s pride.

I have a short question to the big Mentor.. “Have you seen any European / Japanese/ Chinese giving up their language and singing their National anthem in Hindi or Kannada or in extreme circumstances, not singing at all to please you?”

BCCI AND INDIAN CRICKET

I don't want to write a long history here. The statistics is the reflection of the story.
Much talked about Sourav's credibility!! I have consolidated the Indian Cricket team's players performance in the below table.

Managements and some fans are talking about Senior players exclusion from the team. Personally even I feel the same, provided we have good substitutes. Dhoni, Utthapa, Karthik or struggling Sehwag? Who is next. Is their performance up to the mark??? You decide...

Our old battalion is still doing great, soft spoken Sachin (Though controversy on his public statement came to picture recently but he is a gentleman and most admired cricketing figure indeed), Dravid (One of the most unsuccessful captain India ever had, but he is a also India's most dependable) , Sourav (India's most successful and stylish left hander, done well after a well desired exclusion from Indian Cricket Team) have proved that there is no easy substitute for the trio.

Its a matter of contention , whether Dravid should be retained as Captain or not!!!

BCCI and Cricket Body's wrath is on Indian cricket, thanks to Chappel too for making Indian cricket team a most disastrous team in the world :)

The copy right of selecting Coach and Captains belongs to BCCI.
